Time to see doc..: Your symptoms are concerning and i would suggest seeking care as soon as it is feasible for you. Coughing up blood might be common, but never a good thing, especially if you are having shortness of breath with it. Maybe it is just a bad bronchitis and u cough too much/hard causing some bleeding, but i would not take that chance given what you posted here. Consult your doc...Good luck.
