Enlarged node: A single enlarged node needs to be investigated. There are dozens of possible causes, all treatable. A single node is not tonillar infection.

Yes and No: Yes, tonsillitis frequently leads to enlarged lymph nodes in the neck and no the weather is not the cause. Tonsillitis can be a viral or bacterial infection and therefore needs to be evaluated by a physician. Depending on the number of episodes of "documented" tonsillitis, an ENT doctor should be consulted.

Yes: Where exactly is this lymph node? Lymph nodes can be enlarged for many reasons. Rarely, lymph nodes may fluctuate in size with weather changes. See your doctor for a proper evaluation.
