What allergy medicine can i take pregnant?

Look for B or higher rating (Zyrtec, Claritin, (loratadine) others). Sometimes C is ok, obviously avoid D or X. But if high risk pregnancy, stick to just saline nose spray, and especially careful first trimester. Some cautious women just deal: no meds.
