Yes, some: Both Claritin and zyrtec are rated category b for pregnancy. These antihistamines can be effective and lack the drowsy side effects of medication like benadryl (diphenhydramine). It would still be a good idea to check with an ob/gyn.

Yes: Check the label to make sure that the medication does not contain any Ibuprofen or alcohol. Claritin is safe in pregnancy. Tylenol (acetaminophen) cold and sinus, Robitussin dm, mucinex. If you have any questions do not hesitiate to call your ob.
