Likely most: The critical point is in the first trimester of pregnancy when the fetal organs are being formed. After that, there is little evidence that antihistamine or nasal steroid adversely impacts the fetus. Most antihistamines are considered category B but only budesonide nasal spray is considered category B by the FDA at this point.
