Stomach virus: Yes, a "stomach virus" can be limited to nausea and dizziness. For example, the gastrointestinal virus leads to nausea, which may lead to decreased intake of fluids, leading to dehydration, which can lead to "dizziness". However, please do not confuse this with "nausea and dizziness" meaning one has a "stomach virus". There are many books written on the numerous causes of nausea and dizziness.
