Toxoplasmosis: Any dry feces can aerosolize and cause disease whether dog, cat, opossum...Etc. The vision related complaint relative to feces is most commonly concerning toxoplasmosis and is most commonly in cat/feline feces. That said some parasitic infections can produce blindness--e.g.Ocular toxocariasis. I refer you to www.Cdc.Gov from the centers for disease control and prevention.

Not possible: Dried dog poop (and cat poop) will not spread any infection into the human eye in the unlikely event that it gets into the eye in the first place. If this happens, the tears will clean out most of it and you can use any eyewash to get out the rest.
