May have gotten a little human feces in corner of my eye (don't ask) what can happen? blindness?

Problem unlikely: Your eye is really terrific at cleaning itself out. You walk around all day with the eyes wide open and lots of stuff enters it unbeknownst to you and you experience no problem. The small amount of feces you got in your eye will be washed out and the eye is extraordinarily unlikely to have a problem. Blindness is just not on the list at all.
