Teens need pregnancy testing consent forms signed by parent?

Not really: Since pregnancy tests are otc, this eliminates the consent issue in practical terms.

Widely available: In many states, testing for pregnancy and STD's are exempted from any parental consent requirement. If you are not comfortable getting a urine pregnancy test at a dollar store or pharmacy, call around and find a planned parenthood center where they will do these for free.
