If you have no: Symptoms, then why was an MRI ordered? There must have seen something that you told your doctor that prompted an mri. Tricky stuff, but follow up with your doctor for the next steps.

Yes, it is: You need to get this fully confirmed, as you may have what is termed "radiologically isolated syndrome", or MRI lesions which predict full clinical expression of MS. Would recommend spinal fluid testing, and if consistent, you should likely start on an MS medication. However, other disorders are also possible and need exclusion. An experienced neurologist can sort all of this out.
