Why the codfish oil healthy?

Omega-threes?: Omega-3 fatty acids have some anti-inflammatory properties that no one disputes; how helpful these are is unclear but some arthritis suffers say it helps. The last two big studies of the eskimo/inuit did not support the popular idea that these protect from coronary artery atherosclerosis. Most other pop claims are also unfounded. High doses seem to promote bleeding. It's your money.
