Not likely: It sounds like she did everything right, honestly. Taking Plan B withing 72 hours of unprotected sex is the most effective in preventing a pregnancy, and she took it within 2 hours so she was well within those recommendations. It is not at all uncommon after taking Plan B to get an early period that can be lighter or heavier than normal. I think it's not very likely that she has become pregnant.
