How can i grow taller in puberty?

Not specifically: In puberty, growth centers have some potential for more growth and simple measures help the best.Follow a healthy diet, rest and exercise, but special diets or exercises will not make you grow taller than their genetic potential. If you want to know how much longer they have to grow, an x-ray of the wrist and hand can be analysed for bone maturity.

Possibly HGH?: Human growth hormone is involved in growth of epiphyseal plates during infancy through late teens, individual growth rates often accelerates during puberty but timing ; degree varies widely. However, many issues involved remain poorly understood. By age 18-20, the epiphyseal growth regions in the long bones typically fuse and this ends growth in bone length.

You don't: The same hormonal changes that trigger puberty also signal the growth centers of long bones to close. Once they close, they do not re-open and no additional natural growth is possible. If you have lots of cash, ready to handle lots of pain and a year or two to waste, there are surgical procedures in some countries that could lengthen your leg bones.

Healthy living: Staying lean or not gaining to much weight helps maximize the length growth spurt during puberty. Getting plenty of rest help as well because growth hormone is secreted mostly at night. Eating a balanced diet that include adequate protein helps as well. Staying active may help as well. Here is to your healthy living! The good habits will help you all your life.
