A member asked:

I am an otherwise healthy individual but very prone to being absent minded , what could be the matter with me especially?

Does it bother you?: Absent mindedness can be caused by many things, such as fatigue, boredom, being preoccupied, attention difficulties, emotional issues, etc. Ask yourself if you are more absent minded today than 6 months ago, or if it bothers you (e.g. Interferes with work) and you have other symptoms (such as memory problems for recent events, fatigue, or signs of anxiety or depression), you should see a doctor.
