IBS: I would recommend that you do a food dairy and see which foods you are allergic (ibs pts have allergies). The most common are dairy and gluten. You can try a to do a food elimination diet where you eliminate an entire food category for 1-2 weeks to see if you improve. I would recommend a high strength probiotic of 80 billion. For constipation i would recommend taking mag 500-1000 mg per night.
