It depends.: ... on how severe your lactose intolerance is and how much milk is actually in the product. If you decide to try it, I would begin with only one capsule at a time, and adjust it accordingly if you're able to tolerate it. Alternatively, you could try a different probiotic. It is also not clear that probiotics in general will help you. It may be worth a try though. Good luck.
