Shouldn't need to: Your results show no evidence for infection, just the normal cells found in the vagina. No yeast , no bacterial vaginosis, no bleeding. If you still have concerns, talk to your doctor again.

No problem: Vaginal discharge caused by many inflammatory conditions. While no fungus or bacteria present, one has to evaluate if hpv present and this is a diagnostic done along with the pap smear which should periodically be done over 40 years of age.
