Fluoxetine: Please see your psychiatrist for treatment of depression, including medication, effectiveness and side effects of fluoxetine, and right dosage. Change medication only with ongoing monitoring of fluoxetine by the psychiatrist.

Probably none: There should be no problems switching from fluoxetine to citalopram, even though fluoxetine has a longer elimination half-life. Hoping you're working closely with your psychiatrist on this change.
