See your orthodontist: Hawley (metal +plastic) removable retainers can sometimes be repaired if the plastic is broken. However, if the wire breaks, it cannot be repaired in most cases. Rec. See your orthodontist or dentist for evaluation and repair/replacement. Retainers are very important appliances to prevent your teeth from moving.
