Don't panic: There is often a delay in return of ovulation post depoprovera. It sometimes takes 6-9 months for a person to start ovulating and menstruating again after depoprovera. The vast majority of people will do so during this time. If a person trying to conceive hasn't started menstruating by this time, she should see her gyn to discuss ovulation induction.
