Unpredictable: Unfortunately one of the problems with Depo-Provera is that its effects can last on average for 9 months and sometimes up to 1.5 years. So ovulation can be unpredictable. It really depends on your periods. I would have sex regularly for 2-3 months, follow your periods, and if your periods are not regular and you would like to conceive sooner rather than later you may need to seek fertility care.
