Clomiphene : Clomiphene has been used since the 1960's to increase testosterone. Even though Clomiphene is still not approved by the fda to treat low testosterone and no long term safety studies have been done it is probably safe to use since no major adverse effects have been reported after over 40 years of use. Currently there is a Clomiphene preparation that is in phase 3 studies to be approved by the fda.
