Have facial pain for some time now, pain moves around my face, areas that hurt feel cold to the touch, waiting to see ent, thoughts on what this be?

See Orofacial Pain: Specialist. There are 64 major classes of orofacial pain and to answer your question without examination is impossible. Neurologists and ents also have training in facial pain.
