A member asked:

I have spring allergies, what can i take to alleviate it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Allegra (fexofenadine) OTC: The best over the counter treatment for spring allergies is a non drowsy antihistamine like Allegra 180 mg daily. For itchy eyes you could add otc alaway drops twice daily. If you have lots of nasal problems you could also take the nasal cortisone spray nasacort (triamcinolone) allergy 24 hour which is now available without prescription. Nasal cortisone sprays are not habit forming but take a few days to help.
