Exam: Return to the extracting dentist to get it looked at. It could be a sticky piece of food or a piece of bone or tooth working it's way out. They should be able to identify the issue.

Socket white stuff: Sockets particularly the lower ones can fill with food. Not good. Have your DDS lavage this out. They may show you some techniques to keep it cleaner. Healing will be delayed if the socket is not kept clean.

Healing tissue: Likely healing tissue as well as covering for the tissue healing underneath it. This top layer may slough off as time goes by. If uncertain, see your Dentist. Good Luck.
