Acetaminophen?: You may take Acetaminophen up to 1000 mg three times a day as needed. You can also try Ibuprofen 400-800 mg 2-3 times a day as needed. Hope that you are not allergic to either one. If your fever continues for more than 2-3 days, then you should go see a doctor.
