Sustained fever: If you have a sustained fever, a search for the cause should be undertaken. I would call your doc or visit them for a proper evaluation. Often there are other signs or symptoms that can help point 'what direction' to go in, in terms of figuring it out. Fever is the body's response to something, usually an infection - so I would waste no more time and try to get answers.
