My eye area is hurting a lot, what could be causing this?

Not enough info: There are multiple causes for eye pain: eye strain due to a need for glasses, allergy, sinus problems, insufficient lubrication. Other sig causes could be infection, esp if discharge or redness, glaucoma is unlikely at your age . Migraines can cause eye pain and light sensitivity, then there are other eye problems which can only be diagnosed with an eye exam. Treat symptomatically now , get checked.
