Vision issues: Ocular migraines/headaches are common. Eye strain may often caue headaches. Try tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin for the head ache, but you should start evaluating the underlying issue by first getting a good eye exam. Best wishes.

Sinus: Most pain in or around an eye is from sinusitis or headache. Pain reliever and decongestant should relieve it. If not, or if it is getting worse, go see your doctor. It could also be due to an eye problem such an inflammation in (called uveitis) or around the eye. You need to see an eye doctor to really rule this out.
