Too much acid: It's possible you have some irritation of your bowels that may be from increased acid production which can cause pain and swelling of the stomach which can cause the pain under the left rib cage. See a doctor for a more in depth evaluation.

2 lumps. One either side of spine. Height is bottom of rib cage (on my back) Not painful. Pretty solid, do not move. Around the size of a large pea.
