A member asked:

Hi. i have a solid lump just below my right rib cage. it doesn't hurt, and the skin hasn't been affected. i was wondering if you could advise me :)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Abdominal lump: The lump just below the rib cage could be from a benign tumor like lipoma, neurofibroma, or a ventral hernia. Infection and inflammation can also present with lump. If it is painless and unchanged for long time, probably benign in nature.
