GO TO GI DR!: I would not hypothesize much here, you are to young to mess around, go to your GI doctor immediately, if you dont have one go to your md and get a referral, delay's make problems worse.

Probably not: Symptoms sound more like acid reflux related constriction or stricture but could represent gastritis including h pylori, stomach or duodenal ulcer, or other conditions. An evaluation recommended.
