No way to: Predict. Have her check w/her doctor. Metformin can also assist is lowering Insulin resistance, restoring normal menses and sometimes even fertility. I don't know what "obesity sugar" is, but i would sorry that she down the path toward developing prediabetes or even overt diabetes. Make sure she is on diet/exercise and working with her doctor.
