i am 29, 17 weeks pregnant with twins. i had my penta screen and results came back with 1:89 pseudo risk for twins. is this reliable with multiples?

Probably: Please discuss this with you obstetrician. The penta test is only a screen. Further testing needs to be done to fully evaluate your babies' condition(s).
