Just found out i have what seems to be vanishing twin. i have been spotting brown/red for 4 weeks now, with one huge gush at 8 weeks. i am 10 weeks pregnant. how long is this supposed to keep going for?

We can not say : We can not predict how long abnormal bleeding will last in the situation you described. You will need to schedule a follow up with your Obgyn who can track the progress with ultrasound.
