Check up: Stress is a possible cause lower abdominal pain however this is a diagnosis of exclusion meaning the other more serious sort of need to be ruled out. These include appendicitis and multiple other possibilities including pelvic problems such as infection and pelvic cysts i would definitely recommend seeing your family physician as soon as possible for physical exam including pelvic exam.
