Depends : Pain in that location could be typically from intestinal problem- constipation/appendix or colon inflammation; urinary-stone, inflammation; ovary - cyst, inflammation etc. You should check with your primary doctor - if acute issues are ruled out, IBS could be the other cause of this type of symptoms. Your symptoms based on the description are non specific. Recommend seeing a doctor physically.
