Soreness: I recommend that you see your primary care physician. Sometimes nipple pinkness and soreness can be due to a local yeast infection. If normal, you might want to ask your doctor if it started after taking the celexa (citalopram). However, any breast issue should be taken seriously to rule out any masses or cancerous process. Your doctor should help.
