If no more sex: If you did not have more recent sex without protection since the heavy period, you are almost certainly not pregnant. See your provider to find out why you feel sick. Also ask for good info on how to avoid STDS and pregnancy if you do not want to have a baby. Taking care of yourself is a big part of growing up (and liking it!)
