Vagina dry/.breast: First check HCG to make sure not pregnant. if breast sore, could also be pre-menstrual syndrome. Dryness could cause itchiness or could be yeast infection/trichamonas . as could be pain. May be mycoplasma ureoplasma as well. or could be perimenopause ( not sure of age) f/u w doc consider mammogram
