the outside of my ankle bone hurts to walk when i push up on my heel i get sharp pain no injury what could b causing this pain?

Ankle bone: Is the pain caused when you push up with your hand or when you push up as in standing on your toes ? It sounds like peroneal tendonitis , but a physical exam is indicated here
