When i lay down and text for awhile my arms fall asleep does that put me at risk for bloodclots? (24yrs old)

No: When you get some area that falls asleep it typically means that there is pressure where the nerve is not getting regular flow/circulation. The muscle and the circulation is not completely blocked and typically it is 'uncomfortable' so you move. Risk of blood clots occurs when you are inactive or have injury to area days typically.

No: At age 26, I doubt you have significant blood clot risk, but instead, you seem to be compressing nerves in your arms due to your posture. Stop texting and see how you do.
