Skin tear: Spotting from vaginal (skin) tear is most likely a result of enthusiastic sexual activities. As long as bleeding/spotting resolves w/o pain or other vaginal discharge, there's nothing to worry about aside from risk for sexually transmitted diseases if he didn't wear a condom. If bleeding/spotting persists, then go see your Family Doc, GYN or county health clinic.
