I have had my ovary removed about 1year ago. i know that a cyst can't come back on that side, but what are the chances of a follicular cyst on lside?

Follicular cyst: If you are still young and having periods, you will get a follicular cyst every month. This may sound scary, but it's the normal working of your body. These cysts are usually small and resolve on their own. The chance of having another one that requires surgery is quite small.
