Ues but: They would probably take out your womb too so the eggs would only be good got invitro fertilization carried by another woman.

Not recommended: If you have ovarian cancer, your first priority must be to have the ovaries and all possible cancer cells removed. Attempting to harvest eggs could potentially spread the cancer to other places in the abdomen and cause delays in your cancer treatment.
