Antibiotics: Topical benzoyl peroxide cream 5% overnight. Can bleach pillow cases, use white. Salicylic acid wash lather in wait 5 min rinse. Prescription antibiotics, spironolactone, are safe and effect. Accutane is a very strong drug that can cure acne in 90% of cases but can have some side effects that you need to understand. Only prescribed by dermatologists. Usually take it for 5 months, and stop.
