Diagnosis confirmed?: Presume diagnosis is correct, but in my experience, many crps situations are actually due to alternative problems such as fibromyalgia, small fiber neuropathy, nerve compressions like tarsal tunnel syndrome. You could double check with a qsart study, and a triple phase bone scan. If confirmed, sympathetic block might result in surgical sympathectomy. Might see an expert at cleveland clinic.
