Crps progression: Weight bearing benefits the limb by maintaining bone calcium. Typical stretching can maintain range of motion, but aggressive exercises should be avoided as they can aggravate your condition. I have noticed many questions bearing your moniker. I suggest you contact the national crps society and get a good pain doc to help your anxiety and offer real treatments!
