Many of these are based on the adult adhd self-report scales developed by researchers at nyu medical school and harvard medical school. See specialist: Symptoms of adhd may be caused by many different conditions which affect attention, impulsivity and concentration. In order to be properly diagnosed and get effective treatment, you would need to be seen by a specialist (adhd trained psychologist or psychiatrist)
