MY ADVICE IS TO : Go to an er immediately if you have any of the following: 1. A temp. > 99.5 2. Signs of dehydration which are: a. Feeling lightheaded or faint. B. A pulse > 100 c. A dry , parched throat. 3. Pain worsened by driving over bumps or a jostled with similar intensity. 4. Vomiting.
